Recruit-a-Terp
Together with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, we have designed a comprehensive alumni admissions volunteer program in hopes of creating a meaningful way for you to engage students throughout the year. If you are interested in becoming a Recruit-a-Terp volunteer for the 2009-2010 school year, please read below for the responsibilities:
- Dedicate 10-20 hours of your time to prospective student recruitment during the 2009-2010 academic year
- Participate in student recruitment by volunteering at regional college fairs
- Participate in various regional events throughout the year and provide feedback to enhance future participation
- Take part in Terp Link—personally contact 10-15 accepted students in your area via phone or email during March and/or April (the alumni association will provide contact lists)
- Spread Terp enthusiasm across the nation!
