Grab your family, friends and neighbors for Maryland Day 2009 on Saturday, April 25 and discover what's next at the University of Maryland! Throughout campus, more than 400 fun-filled activities, demonstrations, exhibits, performances and other events will demonstrate the impact and value of our world-class university. The Alumni Association will host a variety of activities at the Samuel Riggs IV Alumni Center, including:
Emeriti Brunch
9 - 10:30 a.m.
Maryland Club
Alumni who graduated in 1958 and earlier will be invited back to campus so that they can get a closer look at the wonderful advancement of their campus. The day will start with a continental breakfast at the alumni center. RSVP is required. Click here for more information.

Maryland Club
Help shape philanthropy at Maryland, while receiving our gratitude. Learn about three world-changing initiatives at the university and vote for your favorite cause to receive a special grant award. All university donors will be recognized at this event, hosted by the Maryland Fund for Excellence.

Eric S. & Frann G. Francis Lifetime Member Wall Unveiling Ceremony
11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
The alumni association expresses its appreciation for the perennial passion of Lifetime Members at this special unveiling event. Life members are invited to join us as we unveil the Eric S. & Frann G. Francis Lifetime Member Wall and for a special reception honoring their commitment to alma mater. Although, the reception is by invitation only, association members and friends of the university are welcome to attend the unveiling ceremony and view the wall throughout Maryland Day.
