Event Description - 12th Annual Alumni Association Awards Gala
April 14, 2012 • 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM On Saturday, April 14, 2012, the Maryland family will honor and celebrate the achievements of 20 individuals who have made their mark on the university at the Twelfth Annual Alumni Association Awards Gala. Awards were given by the alumni association and by participating colleges and schools. This year's honorees span several generations and represent numerous professions. They are educators and entrepreneurs, scientists, artists and leaders. Their professional achievements, humanitarian efforts and steadfast devotion to Maryland make them worthy ambassadors for the university. This event is by invitation only.
