About your presenters:
Michael F. Seelman
  • Experienced Remote Team Leader:  Led remote teams at the White House, FBI, and Department of Justice.  Remote team leadership techniques were highlighted in several books.  Former member of FBI pandemic flu task force.  Currently coaching leaders of remote teams during the pandemic in hospitals, Amazon, Google, Reddit, Microsoft, etc.
  • Global Leadership Coaching Impact:  Coached 100+ leaders in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia to bring out their best performance and a more fulfilled life.  Certified Psychological Safety team coach practitioner and trainer.
  • Leadership Scholarship:  Studied & collaborated with James MacGregor Burns (Pulitzer Prize winner; UMD visiting scholar) and Ronald Heifetz (Harvard leadership professor).  Current Ph.D. student in Organizational Leadership at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
  • White House, FBI, Homeland Security:  leadership roles in communications, employee engagement, knowledge management, innovation, IT, and national violence reduction.
  • University of Maryland Alum:  Former student member of the University System of Maryland Board of Regents

  • 1:1 Coach to Medical Staff:  Mt Sinai, Columbia Hospital, NY Presbyterian, & Roivant
  • Yoga, Meditation, & Wellness Center owner for over 13 years
  • Currently in Masters Program for Organizational Psychology at Harvard University Extension School
