Whether you are just getting started or have crossed the six figure mark, there are some legal mistakes to avoid if you dream of growing into a million dollar brand. In this interactive workshop, learn the top legal pitfalls that have cost seasoned entrepreneurs and celebrities millions of dollars and their businesses and how you can avoid them.
 
Chayla Jackson'10 is an attorney, entrepreneur, and the author of Build A Legit Business.
 
Chayla graduated from Georgetown Law where she trained as a litigator in criminal defense and in clinical teaching 
before pivoting to teach entrepreneurs how to protect their brand, build a legacy, and secure their wealth. She trains and equips entrepreneurs on how to legally protect their businesses and profits with confidence and avoid costly legal mistakes. Chayla is also the CEO of Legacy Legal Consulting, a firm providing legal consulting services to women CEOs and small business owners. 
 
Chayla is a Maryland alumnae, graduating in 2010 with her Bachelors in African American Studies.
