  • The components of a good estate plan.
  • The opportunities and pitfalls associated with recent tax law changes.
  • The strategies to better prepare a family for unexpected life changes such as death or disability
  • The practical considerations which need to get addressed after you sign your estate planning documents
  • The process for obtaining good estate planning documents.
Rajiv "Raj" Goel, Esq. is an estate planning attorney with Offit Kurman, P.A., a regional law firm based in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. region.  Raj is a "Double Terp" having graduated from both the University of Maryland College Park (College of Computer, Mathematical and Natural Sciences) and the University of Maryland School of Law.  Raj is a former student regent on the University of Maryland System of Maryland Board of Regents and is currently a member on the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Hospital Board of Trustees.
