Take time to open the heart and hips by joining Liz Gluckstern ‘09 on your mat. By using restorative postures to ease the mind and body, this relaxing class will melt stress and allow breath to move seamlessly through the body. This 60 minute Yin Yoga class is perfect for beginners or advanced practitioners and will incorporate both calming breathing techniques and longer stretches, allowing muscles to relax and the nervous system to settle.
