What is Executive Presence? What are the characteristics that people with strong presence have? Charisma, vision, effective decision-making, gravitas, grit, resilience, negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, image and appearance are just a few of the components that mark leaders with strong executive presence. In this webinar, you will improve your ability to communicate with presence and poise in multiple professional contexts: formal individual presentations, team meetings, and informal one‐on‐one interactions. In this session, we’ll focus on gaining attention, establishing connection and creating shared meaning. To truly exude presence, one must communicate effectively by being present and self-aware.
