Please help us in welcoming back the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra! The BSO have been through a lot this year, so come out and support our musicians. We have reserved a limited number of seats for the concert on November 10th. Come early and enjoy a coffee or tea on us at Red Emma (across the street from the BSO). We will head to the BSO at 2:30 p.m., and the concert starts promptly at 3 p.m.

Distinguished pianist Emanuel Ax returns to perform Brahms’ mighty Second Piano Concerto, notable for its formidable demands. A scintillating work by Finnish-born composer Lotta Wennäkoski, Hava, is paired with Schubert’s Sixth Symphony, which ranges from the majestic thunder of his idol, Beethoven, to a light-as-air operatic finale.
