You are invited to a facilitated discussion with Love Rutledge, host of the FedUpward podcast. This event will be hosted by the Northern Virginia Terps as part of their Fall Professional Development Series. We will discuss public service pain points and how can we collectively work to improve government operations and focus on the actual mission. The focus will be on the government sector but the content is applicable to any traditionally structured organization. Terps from the entire alumni community are welcome to attend.
