Maryland Day Service Event: Terps Against Hunger
Join the fight against hunger by packaging meals for local families in need! Sign up below to experience a real-time, hands-on service activity with Terps Against Hunger, a student-run organization that fights food insecurity in the DC metro area. Participate with the Alumni Association and Do Good Institute to learn how current and alumni Terps give back through service to Do Good for their communities and the world.

Shift Schedule
Shift 1 (8:45AM - 10:00AM)
Shift 2 (9:45AM - 11:00AM)
Shift 3 (10:45AM - 12:00PM)
Shift 4 (11:45AM - 1:00PM)
This event will bring together over 800 members of the UMD community, working together to pack 100,000 meals in a single day. The meals packed at this event will be distributed locally. All UMD students, staff, faculty, parents/family members, and local community members are welcome to join us in packaging highly nutritious non-perishable meals for children and families in need in the DC-metro area.
Plus, join the Prince George's County Alumni Network by bringing your new and gently used books to the Riggs Alumni Center to benefit Hollywood Elementary School in College Park!
