Juliana Mastroianni:
In this role, Juliana is responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, talent management, overall HR strategy, HR compliance, and diversity and inclusion. She brings to the firm over 15 years of experience in strategic thought leadership, talent management, team development, and client service industry experience.

Juliana began her career as a Big 4 consultant and gained experience with structured finance, process improvement and finance transformation. She transitioned into recruiting and HR after pursuing her MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business and has built a high functioning HR and recruiting team at CrossCountry Consulting. Juliana received her BA in Economics and International Relations from Boston University and her MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
