Re-entering the workforce after a stint as a stay-at-home-mom (or dad), caretaker to an aging parent, overcoming a personal tragedy, or for another reason can be a daunting proposition. Many people who are returning to the workforce after long breaks find themselves facing new and unique challenges with regard to finding employment. Some worry that their skills are no longer relevant, that they are out of touch with today’s economy, and that employers view them in this light as well. Thankfully, there are ways to overcome both your self-doubts as well as prospective employers concerns and achieve success, regardless of the length of time you’ve been out of the workforce.

During this webinar you will learn strategies for re-entering the workforce including: how to sharpen your professional skills, the correct resume format to use to highlight your skills, tap into organizations focused on helping women re-enter the workforce and the importance of networking. These strategies will help you build your confidence, over any self-doubt, and re-launch your career!
