Business leader and philanthropist Carly Fiorina, a 1980 MBA graduate of the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, will be the honored guest at the eighth annual Women Leading Women forum on March 5, 2019, in College Park, Md.

In its eighth year, Women Leading Women continues to showcase our fearless alumnae and other enterprising women in business from the classroom to the C-suite. The annual event is a celebration of female empowerment that inspires and challenges attendees to realize and reach their full potential.

“We are thrilled to honor Carly Fiorina,” Maryland Smith dean Alex Triantis said. “She is a fearless leader who keeps growing, keeps learning. And she inspires others to follow.”

The former HP chief executive leads Carly Fiorina Enterprises and the Unlocking Potential Foundation. During her conversation with students and members of the Maryland community, Fiorina will draw upon lessons learned during her journey from business school to the C-suite.

Topics for discussion will come from her third book, “Find Your Way: Unleash Your Power and Highest Potential,” scheduled for release by publisher Tyndale House on April 9, 2019.

Smith professor Nicole Coomber will moderate the discussion in Van Munching Hall on Maryland’s College Park campus.
