Meet Briana Hanafin `12 and Kaityln Schmeiser`15 - two very accomplished female Terp alum who work as managers in their full time jobs while also running their own booming side hustles outside of their 9am-5pm careers. Join us in an open discussion as we learn more about Briana's and Kaitlyn's career journeys and their strategies for success for starting your own side hustles.

Main Hustle: Works for Accenture located in Northern Virginia in the federal market space as a Senior Manager in their consulting practice.
Side Hustle: Owner and founder of Arlington Softball +, a sports company that provides premier softball instruction to bring players, teams, coaches, and organizations to their next level.


Get to know Kaitlyn Schmeiser:
Main Hustle: Works for Edge Direct located in Baltimore, MD in the nonprofit, multichannel direct response marketing and fundraising space as an Associate Creative Director.
Side Hustle: Owner and Creative Director at Holl'r Creative, LLC, a graphic design company that provides top of the line design personalized for every client.
