The university continues to actively monitor the novel coronavirus ("COVID-19") outbreak and provide regular updates to our community. We all play a role in preventing the spread of COVID-19, and we are taking measures to better protect all Terps. As a result, this event is canceled and may be postponed to a later date.

Virtual programs including webinars, online book clubs, and other online programs will continue as planned.

Join MoCo and Engineering Terps for our April Do Good Service Month event as we clean up the Potomac River Watershed. We are teaming up with Little Falls Watershed Alliance to help clean the watershed!

Each year, hundreds and hundreds of pounds of trash will be pulled out of the River and its tributaries and feeder creeks. We will be meeting at the Bethesda Pool location around 10:00 a.m. and starting our journey to give back!

Anyone of all ages is welcome. Bags and gloves will be provided and come prepared to get muddy!

Students, community service hours are given for participation in this event!

Please register to let us know you are coming to volunteer.
