In Honor of International Women's Day: Connecting Women Worldwide

"I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgement; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship" - Brene Brown

What to expect:

The global pandemic has indefinitely halted our ability to gather freely with friends, family, and co-workers at our usual meeting places. We are hardwired for connection and belonging, yet the barriers between us are ever present. When we experience social isolation, we are more prone to experience loneliness, disconnection, anxiety, and depression. In these times of social distancing we must create as many meaningful interactions for connection as we possibly can, particularly connecting incredible women from across the globe and uniting in solidarity instead of competition. Our mental and emotional health depend on it.

In honor of International Women's Day, join us for a powerful, meaningful, and experiential online event focused on cultivating connection with yourself and other women during these times of social distancing.

What you will take away:
  • Increase the feeling of connection and confidence to support women in honor of International Women's Day
  • Practice new, creative, and meaningful approaches to cultivate connection with yourself and others in the online space
  • Learn how loss of connection is directly related to mental health issues and practice tools to overcome it.
