All 2027 graduates will receive their class ring at the Grad Bash happening on May 4, 2027*. If you'd like to receive your ring before then, please email Rosemary Sutter at rligsay@umd.edu.
*All orders must be placed by March 12, 2027.

How can I order a class ring?
There are three ways you can order a class ring:
By phone at 1-800-BALFOUR (1-800-225-3687).
By visiting the Balfour website.
By email at Rings@Balfour.com.
How can I find my ring size?
We recommend having your finger sized professionally by a jeweler or meeting with a Balfour representative during graduation fairs held at the University Center Book Center at the Stamp Student Union. Additional Balfour tabling events will be announced on this webpage.
Can I have my ring resized?
Your ring was made to your specifications for daily wear. Due to changes in weather and physical activity affecting your finger size, we recommend wearing your ring for a while before considering any changes in ring size. If you still feel you require a different size, Balfour will be happy to resize your ring.
How do I check on the delivery status of my ring?
All 2027 graduates will receive their class ring at the Grad Bash on May 4, 2027. If you'd like to receive your ring before then, please email Rosemary Sutter at rligsay@umd.edu.
For all other orders, please contact Balfour at 1-800-BALFOUR (1-800-225-3687) or rings@balfour.com to check on the status of your ring.
What is the Grad Bash?
The Grad Bash is an annual event in May hosted by the Alumni Association at the Samuel Riggs IV Alumni Center to celebrate graduating seniors. All 2027 graduates will receive their class ring at the Grad Bash. If you'd like to receive your ring before then, please email Rosemary Sutter at rligsay@umd.edu.
For this year's Grad Bash, we advise placing your ring order by March 12, 2027 to ensure delivery before the event. If you order after this date, your class ring will be delivered to the address on your ring order.
What is the warranty on my ring?
Any defects discovered upon delivery will be remedied at no charge by Balfour.
Upcoming Balfour Tabling Events
A Balfour representative will be on campus during the following date(s) and time(s):
- September 8-10, 2026 from 11 AM - 4 PM at the Stamp Food Court
- October 16, 2026 from 11 AM - 4 PM at the Stamp Food Court
- October 17, 2026 at the Alumni Association Homecoming Tailgate (this event is open to Homecoming Tailgate attendees only)
