Designed as a dynamic, hands-on showcase of Forward: The University of Maryland Campaign for the Fearless, this one-of-a-kind experience invites alums to reconnect with peers, forge new connections and shape the future of Maryland.
Mingle with fellow alums, current students and staff from several UMD departments in a beautiful setting with live music and delicious food. Guests will receive exclusive access to interactive installations that demonstrate how Maryland is moving Forward for tomorrow's trailblazers, for bold and brave solutions and for stronger communities.
Discover the innovation, creativity, and impact happening at Maryland through a series of engaging and interactive exhibits. Guests will explore Aquaponics, where sustainability and science come together to showcase innovative approaches to food production and environmental stewardship. The Fostering Inclusivity Through Technology Program highlights how technology is creating more accessible and equitable experiences for communities of all abilities. Guests can see live demos of the UMD Leatherbacks. The interactive UMD Insect Zoo offers an up-close look at fascinating insects and the important role they play in our ecosystems. Together, these exhibits provide an immersive journey through discovery, innovation, and community impact.
