The warning signs started three months after Hannah (Lowe) Corman ’05 and her husband, Mark Corman MBA ’04, welcomed their second son into the world.

Going from model, to mom, to entrepreneur, Aliya Thomas ’97 knows the importance of a powerful wardrobe. Spending 20+ years in a “non-inclusive fashion industry,” she has first-hand experience enduring the challenges women face to build their personal brand and lead empowered lives.

Coming from a family of Terps, Gabriela Winter ‘22 is serving as the Student Alumni Leadership Council’s (SALC) 2021 president. 

This class of 2020 alumna did not take a direct path in earning multiple degrees. She went on to earn a Ph.D. while prioritizing her family life.
